Where do we ship to?

We would love to ship our products to all corners of the world, but nowadays we only ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Germany

The shipping times depend on where you live, here below we leave you a list with the shipping zones and the shipping times of each one.

Easy and simple!

Once confirmed, your order will be ready to leave our warehouse within approximately 24 hours (Monday to Friday).

Please make sure all details of your order are correct to speed up delivery.

Returns & exchanges

Once you receive the product and you are not satisfied with it because you want to exchange it for another color or simply return it, please write to us at info@gsurban.com or contact us through our web form. We will be happy to describe the steps to follow (delighted but very sad).

Caution! Please remember that you have 30 days from when you receive the products to request an exchange or return. The product must be in perfect condition and with its labels and original packaging.

As soon as we receive your package, we process your exchange or return request with the corresponding amount and using the same payment method as the purchase.

*If you wish to change the model or color, you must return the item received and place a new order through the website.
